The headlines that broke our hearts: where are these dogs & their abusers now?

Screen Shot 2016-01-18 at 6.22.18 PMDespite committing a third-degree felony offense, Ray Ray Armstrong was not charged with any crime. The Alleghany County Sheriff and prosecutor concluded that Armstrong was not acting maliciously, and therefore they did not have any rationale for prosecuting him on felony charges.

Further, Armstrong’s coach, Jack Del Rio, brushed the incident – and the possibility of charges – off as “silly,” stating he was “very confident” that there would be no charges.

Had this behavior been conducted by another citizen, one who was not employed by the NFL, do you think the outcome would have been the same?
