Loyal dog stays by lost toddlers side for 15 hours until rescuers come

A 3-year-old girl named Victoria was watched over by her family’s Queensland Heeler when she went missing. Victoria wandered away from home back in February and was missing for 15 hours before search and rescue teams were able to find her. When she was discovered in a ravine nearly half a mile from her home, the family dog, Blue, was keeping watch over her and even protected her from the search and rescue teams. Once Blue realized the people were there to help his little human, he hopped right into the helicopter with Victoria and they arrived safely home to their family. Without the protection of Blue, Victoria may have been in far worse shape.
