Ahhhh…. The dog days of summer…. If you’re near Norfolk, CT on Saturday, June 9, why not kick-off summer with a canine carnival? The Stepping Stones Museum for Children is hosting BooZoo’s Canine Carnival and Dog Walk where play and learning go hand-in-paw. Enjoy carnival games for families and doggies. Don’t miss the outstanding performances planned. Bill Berloni and his Theatrical Animals will be featured at 1:00. At 3:00, catch Rick Caran and his performing dogs “Team Jilli.”  Jilli, the world’s only poker-playing dog, was rescued 9 years ago when found dirty, hungry, and abandoned on the street. Now she is the proud Goodwill Ambassador for the Yorkshire Terrier National Rescue.

All activities and performances are free with museum admission. Proceeds will go to early childhood initiatives.
