It’s that time of year when environmental allergies are at their peak – is your dog suffering? Here are 10 signs that you dog may be allergic to all that spring time beauty. If your dog has any of these signs, take him to the vet to get him some relief.

#1 – Itching

Is your dog constantly scratching himself? This is a tell-tale sign of allergies. Especially if it seems to get worse after you have been outside.

#2 – Red, Irritated Skin

Just like humans, dogs can break out in rashes and hives when exposed to something they are allergic to. Look on their belly and feet, particularly in-between the toes, as these are the parts of their body that touch the things like grass or pollen the most. Ears can be another area that gets inflamed due to allergies.
