Canna-Pet Receives Trademark Registration

Canna-Pet, an innovative company that makes non-prescription cannabinoid products for pets, and Peak Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announced that the US Patent and Trademark Office registered the trademark for Canna-Pet last week.

Peak Pharmaceuticals is the exclusive license holder for the Canna-Pet brand and its products. Now that they have received their registered trademark, they will be continuing to focus on growing the brand to be nationally recognized and making it a trusted leader in the industry of pet supplements.

Canna-Pet manufactures and distributes non-prescription CBD-infused products for domestic animals. Their products provide the benefits of hemp-based cannabinoids and CBD without the negative effects that are usually associated with the psychoactive components of marijuana.

The company manufactures all of its products in the USA and they use only non-GMO hemp as a starting material. Canna-Pet products are different from competing CBD products because they offer an exclusive mix of multiple hemp derivative terpenes cannabinoids, not simply CBD.

More big news for the company last week, they were pleased to announce that their product launched earlier than expected on Amazon. The top three selling flavors of the CBD-infused dog treats, Maple Bacon, Turkey Cranberry, and Pumpkin Pie are now all available on the website.

The company says that if dog owners have pet insurance they should be sure to check with their carrier to see if the products are covered if they are recommended by a veterinarian. Although the company is not affiliated with any insurance companies at the moment, they have gotten reports from customers that both Petplan and Trupanion policies have covered the supplements.

Although safety and legal issues still remain for products using traditional marijuana forms of cannabis, neither factors apply to products that are created from industrial hemp. Products like these have been permitted in the United States since 2004.

All Canna-Pet products are organic and the non-GMO industrial hemp that they use comes from well-established and respected suppliers. Dog owners do not need a prescription or any kind of authorization to purchase any of these products.

According to their website, the company is the result of many years of research, investigation, and experimentation in biology, phytochemistry, botany, and herbal supplements. They produce one of the few products on the market that contains cannabidiol and all of their products are 100 percent safe for domesticated animals including dogs and cats.
