At the University of Pennsylvania Vet Working Dog Center, Mcbain, an English Springer Spaniel is shown successfully detecting ovarian cancer from blood samples on the metal wheel. The dog’s keen sense of smell can be used in the fight against cancer and we can learn from this to find a breakthrough and beat cancer.
