Uses for Clavamox in Cats

Clavamox is a mix of amoxicillin and clavulanic acid, two medications that work in combination to fight bacterial infections. Clavamox may be used to treat skin wounds and abscesses, urinary tract infections, tooth infections, pneumonia, injuries caused by bites and other infections. The medication cannot be used to treat infections caused by a virus or parasite.
