6 Diy goodies to offer trick-or-treating dogs on halloween

Halloween night is full of frights and fun. As you prepare your candy bowl for costumed kiddos, don’t forget that there might be some tail-waggers tagging along!

If you live in a dog-friendly city or neighborhood, consider keeping some goodies on hand to offer to any pups who are trick-or-treating with their families. Since there’s going to be lots of candy around that they shouldn’t be eating, these treats are safe way to keep them happy while they join in on the fun! Just make sure to ask if it’s alright to give Fido a snack, and make sure that no one in the family has food allergies.

1. Peanut Butter Apple Treats

Canines certainly can’t have caramel apples, but these coated apples-on-a-stick are the perfect pup-sized substitute. Get the recipe here.
