This sweet puppy was born without 2 front legs. But he’ll steal your heart!

Sweet baby Leo was born without 2 front legs. He also had hydrocephalus as well as scoliosis. He was a fighter, and won the hearts of everyone he came in contact with. Sadly, on May 28th, Leo passed away. Although he was born without 2 front legs, he certainly earned his 2 wings! We promise you’ll never forget this sweet video.
