Newlyweds cancel their honeymoon to search for their missing dog

What would you do if you were about to have your honeymoon, and then you find out that your dog has gone missing? Would you cancel and drop everything in your itinerary to go search for your beloved dog? Well, I know I would! And that’s exactly what the newlywed couple, Jade and Michael Peel, did when their dog Marley, went missing.

Jade and Michael tied the knot on New Year’s eve at the beautiful and romantic Polhawn Fort near Torpoint, Cornwall. The day after their wedding, they received bad news that Marley went missing.

While the couple and their family were at the wedding venue, Marley was at the K9 Kennels. It was from there that Marley went missing.

Marley went missing when Jade was about to walk down the aisle. But the family members didn’t tell the couple just yet because it might ruin their big day. But as soon as the couple heard the news, they cancelled the remaining two days of their wedding party and their honeymoon to go search for Marley.

The couple, together with 140 other people, searched for Marley for four days. Marley was found near the area of Four Lanes, Cornwall. And as soon as he saw his humans, he ran to them and jumped inside their van.

The couple’s wedding and their honeymoon was ruined, but they’re glad that Marley is safe home. They are also very thankful of the people who gave them information and who helped them in the search.
